Holiday Mini Sessions

No.  Most of my furry clients are cherished pets with minimal training.  Very often dogs are on leash with the owners standing right next to them, just out of frame…..in the finished product the leash is removed and all you see is the dog. 

Having said that, even a little bit of adherence to SIT and STAY commands can make the session much smoother and can increase the number of good shots you’ll have to choose from.  Taking the time to practice these basic commands before your session  will be worth it in creating a more enjoyable experience for your dog, in minimizing your challenges handling your dog during the shoot, and in yielding a great number of winning poses.

The set is not designed or scaled for humans.  These special sessions are for dogs only, either one large dog, up to 2 medium dogs, or up to 3 small dogs.  If you are looking for portraits of you with your dog or portraits of a family grouping, you may book a regular session.  BONUS:  clients who book a Holiday Mini Session for their dog can book a regular session for 50% OFF the Session Fee.  Contact me to find out more….

The holiday set is the only shooting area available on Mini Session Day.  We will not be moving the set pieces aside, shooting on a plain background, or switching out backgrounds. 

If you’re interested in holiday portraits as well as classic portraits of your dog, you may book a regular session on a date other than Mini Session Day to create a wide variety of images on various backgrounds, including some with any holiday accessories you own.  If you book a Mini Session for your dog a regular session booked this fall or winter is 50% off!

The mini session pricing, the holiday set, and any exclusive items will be available for this specific date ONLY.

Due to the tight scheduling of this event it is imperative that clients arrive on time for their shoots.  It will not be possible to run over into another client’s reserved time.  Slightly late arrival will mean less shooting time and few images to choose from; 15 minutes late or more will forfeit the time slot. 

Yes.  We will create the images and then immediately view and select them on the computer.  Orders are placed at this time.  Please have all decision makers present and have your preferred method of payment available.
